Position Level Senior Executive Requirements 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management. Background in marketing, branding, or communications preferred. Strong writing skills — from catchy captions to engaging storytelling. Familiarity with social media formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, carousels, stories). Creative thinker with a keen eye for trends and audience engagement. Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar platforms. Experience (or interest) in managing KOLs/creator collaborations is an advantage. Interest in interior design, lighting trends, or home living is a big plus. Responsibilities Create engaging short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube that highlights lighting, fans, and home appliances in lifestyle contexts. Adapt branded content into viral formats, turning everyday products into inspiring design and lifestyle stories. Act fast on social media trends and creatively connect them with Thanks Lighting’s brand identity. Ideate and pitch fresh content hooks and campaign concepts that resonate with new homeowners and design-conscious customers. Collaborate with KOLs and micro-influencers to co-create authentic, trend-driven content. Track content performance (views, engagement, conversion) and use insights to improve future campaigns. Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely delivery for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches. Support the marketing team in copywriting, ad creatives, and campaign execution.
